According to a recent study by the Associated Builders and Contractors, the Construction Industry faces a workforce shortage of 650,000 people in 2022. This is on top of meeting normal turnover as people retire or leave the industry. In other words, careers in construction are available– for those with the right skills.

In honor of Robert Clark
Robert Clark joined USA Properties Fund in 1993, and held numerous construction-related positions before being promoted to Vice President of Construction, Field Operations, in 2018. His can-do, get-the-job-done approach has greatly contributed to USA Properties Fund’s growth and success.
On August 24, 2020, Rob tragically passed away. In memory of our colleague and friend, and to continue his legacy, USA Properties has established the Robert Clark Trade School Scholarship.
The scholarship honors Rob’s unwavering passion for the construction industry, his belief in supporting and teaching those starting out, and the sense of family that he fostered. It creates an opportunity for residents at USA Properties Fund’s affordable apartment communities to improve life for themselves and their families by attending an accredited trade school.
